Blog: Jaguar Land Rover UK Plants Going Full-Electric

Jaguar Land Rover plans to go fully electric, in time for the decade closing.

Plans for All Electric

True to their plans, JLR says they will hold a trio of plants based in the UK open- for their models there to become fully fledged electric vehicles in time for the decade coming to a close.

Thus, fusing down a vital component of the aim to become a zero-carbon company by 2039. An aim of the brand has been  to have a completed electric vehicle range by the year 2025, the statement appears to be in motion.

An Impressive Line Up

The first vehicle arriving by 2024, JLR have a reputation credited with high performance. The icon setting E-Type model helped achieve this. A challenge approaches when remodelling into electric, and JLR approach it now- of creating zero- emission models to spring ahead in foresight, of the nearing sales ban of fossil- fuel cars. All while keeping the momentum of a high end combustion car. They will plan an impressive line-up of six.

The Next Chapter

September hit and Thierry Bollore became JLR's Chief Executive.

On the matter of the planned electrification- he said, "It's time to re-imagine the next chapter for both brands... British brands steeped in a rich tapestry of timeless designs. Together, we can design an even more sustainable and positive impact on the world around us."
