We’re pleased to announce our CEO, Lee Duerden, has joined the Leasing Broker Federation Steering Committee.

We’re pleased to announce our CEO, Lee Duerden, has joined the Leasing Broker Federation Steering Committee. The Committee has been formed to shape the future development of the Federation, the UK’s leading independent membership body supporting leasing brokers and operators.  

Lee set up XLCR Vehicle Management (thebestcardeals.co.uk) 22 years ago with business partner, Shaun O’Neill. The company has grown exponentially in those past two decades to become one of the UK’s largest leasing brokers.

As part of the Committee, Lee will join other industry stalwarts to suggest ideas, recruit new service support partners, funders and members, recommend educational subjects and advise on content and the format of its regional events.

We take our industry accolades really seriously as one of the UK’s leading leasing brokers. This is the latest step forward in shaping the future of the UK car and van leasing industry.
