Can you imagine the instant ease of access for electric drivers? For those who currently search for a station to charge- you won't have to do this once new build installation begins.

To be clear, each new office space, or home, will soon need to feature a smart charger that instantly charges an electric during off-peak periods particularly. This new statement will make England the first country to ask this of new home builds. Offices too.

In turn helping to spike huge confidence for drivers, new buyers of homes and cars, and deliver a significant reduction to range anxiety.

It All Started in 2019

This new idea flows with the move to quickly raise the chargers in the UK in time to meet the 2030 ban of new fossil fuel cars and vans.

This originally began in 2019- the proposal was put forward to mandate, but detailed like so in the following statement from CEO of Good Energy, a clean energy company. Nigel P made a statement on the development.

Flexible charging at home and at workplace during the day is going to be crucial to decarbonizing not just transport but the UK's entire energy system.

As will better energy efficiency, electrified heating, and solar power on 13.5 million homes- we hope to see all these as part of the plans for new homes, too.

Did you Know about the App EV8 Switch?

It's free and works out how much money UK drivers could keep in their pockets by turning to EV, their air is cleaner, their car is cleaner, their money is more. Triple success.

The mandate itself is on route for beginning stages in 2022.
