To help the nation economically rebuild itself with a green plated future, the EV revolution on UK roads aim to significantly drop the emissions breathed out by petrol and diesel vehicles by 2030, as sales of new petrol and diesel cars will come to an end.

Finding an electric car, for the best car deal seems like the perfect opportunity doesn't it?

Now is the time to invest in an Electric Automobile.

Motorists can also take advantage of the benefits reaped as bonus rewards: free entry into zero-emission zones and reduced parking costs. Now this is exciting because clean energy is the way towards better things. A clean environment, and better breathing in the long run as starters.

How to Identify an Electric Car

Each green number plate can be fitted to suit any car currently existing. Any vehicle also can be fitted providing they emit no CO2 via the tailpipe. The plates use a green flash on their plate's left side, and union flag.

·      A green flash on the left hand side of each plate, with the union flag will identify vehicles as green. In turn raising awareness of cleaner travel

·      8/12/2020 & onwards- is the date set for green number plates to be introduced onto the roads

 The London Congestion Scheme

Remember- having this plate does not make you an exception in registering for the London congestion charge. This will be rising from 22 June from £11.50 to £15.

OLEV to OZEV

In order to match the governments vision and ambitions of reaching net-zero: in October 2020 The OLEV changed its name to OZEV- the Office for Zero Emissions Agency.

A Nation Achieving Vehicle De-Carbonisation

A green revolution will place the UK en-route to be the fastest G7 country to achieve vehicle de-carbonisation. The Transport Minister herself announced that: as the country prepares to accelerate the change from fuel to electric vehicles, the aim is to hit net-zero by 2050.

Physical Progress is Solid Progress.

Making emphasis on the Government's intention to fighting low quality air in the UK is definitely a plus. Any movement takes time to implement into practise, so physical progress is real progress.

The UK is mobilising faster than any other major economy to de-carbonise cars and vans; harnessing clean technology to improve our contribution to climate change by 2050.

Advantages to be Gained

Green number plates in the UK get a green light, thus paving a new way for our cities, this national action can unlock reduced parking expenses and free entry into zero zones- to say the least.
