To obtain the best possible discounts, vehicles are often pre-registered in bulk batches, or have to be registered by a certain date, which may be well before you take delivery. The vehicle will still be brand new from the supplier with delivery mileage, but when this pre-registration process happens it means that customers will only receive the balance of any manufacturer's warranty or breakdown cover, and where the agreement length is greater than three years from the date the vehicle was first registered, customers on non maintenance agreements will be responsible for paying for any MOT certificate(s).
