Excelling academically with an LLB honours degree in Law, Lee worked in management positions in call centre environments before moving to business systems development. Following roles within vehicle finance companies, he co founded XLCR and now serves as Chief Executive, responsible for total operational & financial control as well as strategic planning & legal affairs.
Shaun has spent his working life in the motor trade. Starting out in used car sales, his career developed to prestige new car retail before moving to specialise in selling vehicles to businesses. Originally a co founder of XLCR and today the company's Sales Director, Shaun is reponsible for the continual development and achievement of XLCR's New Business Department.
Mark joined XLCR in 2004 as a New Business Advisor. His potential was quickly recognised, and his loyalty & passion for ensuring customers receive the best levels of service saw him work his way up through the departments. Today he serves as number one to the Chief Executive, taking intermediary responsibility for our Customer Service, Admin and Delivery Departments.
One of XLCR's longest-serving & most experienced members of the senior management team. A first-class honours graduate, Stephen joined us in 2000 and has served in and helped develop almost every department within the business. With this knowledge, he is ideally suited to head our Technology & Special Projects Division.
A graduate accountant, Matthew takes responsibility for the delivery authorisation team, management of our debtors and creditors and employee welfare and payroll. He is a key member of the senior management team, preparing detailed reports daily for submission to the board of directors.
Adam joined the company in 2009 starting out in the finance proposal team, before finally being promoted to his current position as head of that department. It's Adam & his teams job to obtain credit for every XLCR customer at the very best possible finance rate. Before XLCR, Adam studied mathematics at the University of Swansea. Outside of work Adam is a keen footballer.
Ryan is responsible for the successful production and despatch of finance documentation. This mammoth job ensures that hundreds of document packs and letters pass through our mail room smoothly every day under his careful scrutiny. Out of the office Ryan is a keen sportsman.
Joining the company in 2001 originally as a member of the administration team, Tracey has continually worked hard and progressed through the business. Today she heads our Ancillary Services Team ensuring our customers are well protected with products such as GAP cover & accident management. Out of the office, her two fantastic children keep her very busy.
Andrea is an Engineering Graduate who joined XLCR in early 2010. Andrea & her team handle “in-life” queries for the thousands of vehicles on our fleet, as well as being responsible for the end of contracts department. Outside of XLCR Andrea enjoys the outdoors and family life.

Throughout her 18 year career in the commercial vehicle sector, Karen has developed a broad and intricate knowledge of both commercial customers and vehicles. Dedicated to offering our commercial customers a ‘ready to work’ solution and always willing to go the extra mile. In her spare time, Karen is a avid Burnley fan and keen golfer.
Mark joined XLCR in 2010 as a new business advisor with six years experience in the leasing industry. Mark is equipped with an unrivalled enthusiasm for the job and is working hard to build a portfolio of new clients and develop repeat business with high levels of dedication and service. Sonny joined the XLCR team in 2011. Sonny's passion for cars ensures his knowledge is constantly evolving. Outside of work Sonny enjoys playing Rugby Union and Crazy Golf.
Gary has extensive experience in the Leasing industry and his role includes visiting Clients to discuss their requirements and advising on the best package to meet their particular needs. Away from work Gary is a dedicated family man and also works for BBC RADIO Lancashire as a Sports Commentator.
Peter joined us early in 2011 after over 30 years experience in the Vehicle Finance industry. Peter has a broad knowledge of Commercial vehicles and is dedicated to ensuring our commercial customers get exactly what they want.
One of the longest serving members of the Team, John joined the business in 2000. John works as part of our logistics team which sees him heavilly involved with the mammoth task of delivering a vehicle to one of our customers every 60 minutes. Outside of the office a loving father to many children.
